Help Me Go Over the Edge for Habitat for Humanity! This year, I’m celebrating my 40th birthday in a way that truly reflects who I am—bold, passionate, and committed to making a difference. I’ve taken on an exciting challenge: raising $1,000 to rappel down the Embassy Suites Hotel in St. Charles as part of the Over the Edge event for Habitat for Humanity! Why am I doing this? Because I believe in the power of women to lead, build, and inspire change with both their hearts and their hands. I’m passionate about mentoring and advocating for women to step into spaces where we create, construct, and rebuild—not just homes, but confidence, opportunity, and community. Whether I’m building furniture, rehabbing homes, or diving into creative projects with a power drill in hand, I feel most alive when I’m turning vision into something tangible. My adventurous side has always pushed boundaries—I’ve skydived, bungee jumped, and even climbed a mountain. Now, I’m going Over the Edge because there’s truly nothing a woman can’t do. This effort isn’t just about the thrill—it’s about raising critical funds to help build safe, affordable housing for families right here in our community.
